I’m not sure if 40 pounds from my highest weight is enough. Forty pounds off my highest weight would still put me at a BMI of 27.0, which is still classified as overweight. I guess I need to evaluate when I reach that point. 15 months ago

How I did it: I made small changes to what I was eating and started going to the gym before work. By exercising first in the morning, I didn't have a chance to put it off after a long day.
I also joined sparkpeople.com. There I can track my food and exercise every day. This site has many different resources that are useful in any quest to make changes in your life. Read how I did it… 22 months ago
