Although the more I think about it 21 months ago

the more I question how important vitamins actually are…

I’ve been taking vitamins daily for a long time. I mean years!! I wouldn’t know how to NOT take them .. .. LOL
Taking my vitamins in the morning is like some people needing coffee.

I’ve been doing a fair job of this one! I don’t take it at the same time every day, which would make it a lot easier to make sure I actually do it.. also I’ve noticed that my roommate actually keeps her vitamins in the bathroom, so she takes it right after she brushes her teeth in the morning. I think I might try this, actually… It’s hard to say when a goal like this is “completed,” but I definitely don’t feel like it’s part of my regular routine yet.

A pill a day keeps the doctor away... 2 years ago

So I’ve done an okay job this week of taking them… it’s hard because in the mornings my brain is all fuzzy and sometimes I forget. Maybe it’d be better to take them with dinner? Possibilities, possibilities.

try liquid vitamins! i use “liquimax” brand vitamins i purchase from costco. just pour a bit into a shotglass, add to any kind of juice and you’re set.

liquid vitamins are absorbed into the body easier and they don’t stink like some multi-vitamins.

Speaking for myself... 3 years ago

Can’t speak for everyone, but I know that when I am taking my vitamins regularly (especially after having missed a few days—OOPS!) I do feel perceptibly better. And when I think about it, that seems to be the common denominator.

And who knows—even if you don’t feel it, it may still be doing you good. Women trying to get pregnant need to make sure they’re getting adequate amounts of folic acid. They may not be able to tell the difference, but their bodies can!
