I had a couple of projects that severely interfered with my routines, one of which is getting exercise almost every day.
So this is a good thing to have on my life list, so that I continue to strive to achieve it, seeing how it is so easy to get derailed.

I’ve been exercising five times a week. A couple of weeks I did six times. I like it!

Yes! I did it! And it feels so good.
Actually, Mr. Whirly and I are doing the P90X program, so we are committed to exercising six times a week. I’m going to keep this goal on my list, though. Five times is the minimum amount of exercise I want to get each and every week.

July didn’t work out so well, with a vacation for the past nine days, but here’s to a new month to realize this goal.
My frame of reference is for the week to start on Sunday.

There’s always a but, isn’t there?
Okay, where was I? ...I love exercising but it takes commitment to do it frequently. This is my public announcement that I am going to exercise five times a week.
So far this week I exercised on Sunday and Monday. I took the night off last night. Tonight I’m going to do some exercises on my living room floor. Every little bit counts!

I’m already a size 5, but would like to lose the extra ‘padding’ and gain some muscle.

I know that I will feel better if I exercise. I certainly felt better in the past when I was exercising. It is just so hard to get started again.

I ended up not going to the gym last night. I had a photography class and fell asleep when I got home. But I’m DEFINITELY going tonight. That will make 3. I’ll go Saturday & Sunday. I count Monday as the start of the week.
