Giving up for now 18 months ago

Yoga is definitely something I want to explore further, but at the moment I don’t have the physical or mental space to give it the attention I’d like to. I’ll still do a little when the mood takes me, but a regular practice will have to wait a while.

The problem with yoga 2 years ago

is that much as I love it, I don’t know it well enough to do it without instruction. I have an excellent beginner’s DVD, but because it’s over an hour long, it’s difficult to find a spare chunk of time for it. Even if it’s just once a week at the weekends, I want to practice until I know the poses well enough to string a few together on my own and design a fifteen- or twenty-minute workout that I can do more often.
