verbafelixI'm going to put:

500 to a retirement fund
500 to a travel fund
1000 to an emergency fund

which means I need to save roughly $175 a month, with some wiggle room (because 175×12 = 2100) 1 month ago

Jacinta_MMight be Possible

Now that I have a job it might be possible to do this. I have $500 from the holidays and $870 from before that. So I have a total of $1,300 which means I have $700 left to earn (not counting what I spend). I get paid about $50 per day and I work one day a week, which is a lot considering school… So in a month I’ll be earning about $200 which means if I spend NOTHING it will only take three months and a half.

However I actually do need to spend money for social events and stuff. I’m trying to make $30 last a month. I really want a new corset which will be $250 or $300 so I might be able to get a donation from mother and my boyfriend which might bring it down to $150ish.

Basically my main plan is to let someone else pay whenever it’s not downright rude to do so. This is my plan for accumulating some funds so that my parents won’t feel they need to work to support me. I’m not going to work too hard, school is still first, but one day a week will be a nice little income. Plus the work is fun :D which in theory will help me be more productive in school work. 9 months ago

DiamondMindDONE!

FINALLY!

Even though I will have to spend some by the end of next week, I’ve finally reached $2000, which I was beginning to think would never happen.

Current Savings: $2093.46

Amount I’m Owed: $1364.00

Now onto $3000, I suppose? 9 months ago
