DangerousDisaster Decided to stay another week in FL. Can't leave Mum on Mummy's Day!

My name is Kay. K.M. for short. All my information about me is in my profile on my profile page, except my stats!
My Stats as of now:
Height: 5’5”
Lowest Weight: 93 lbs
Highest Weight: 124 lbs
Current Weight: 101.6 lbs
Goal Weight: 75 – 80 lbs
I have a certain routine that I do EVERYDAY. I wake up, weigh in, do 50 crunches, have an 8 oz glass of natural juice with mulitvitamins, a mug of coffee with Splenda, drink 8-10 bottles of 16.9 oz of water a day, ONLY 1 meal of day which consists of a salad. Around 5p.m., I go for a 1/2 hour walk. Very peaceful! I do lots of word search puzzles. Relaxing! I do plenty of exercises with lots of rest!
I hope everyone is doing wonderful with achieving their goal so far! If anyone needs any support, help, or advice, I would love to help! I could use some myself at times! :o) I love you all!

i have months not to log in. and i have to say writting here helped a lot. i lost a lot a weight because i was encourage although the weight is back thaks to my friends.
im just so ahh! about the good weightloss places were blocked or whatever. so like many of you had to look for other places.
im writting again because i need to take all my madness out of my system and feel better about my body onece again.
i just hope this place helps….. again.

i totaly gave up im startin on 112lbs n i aim 2 b 102 its tuesday n im startin wiv amba [[AmberJayne]] on monday?? i fink?? but good news i am goin 4 mii gym induction on friday dat means i can shift more calories a week!! yay!! now its
monday – outdoor activities and badminton
tuesday- .....
wednesday – .....
thursday – dance and athletics
friday – gym
so all is good good good
until one of us decides that its gay n eats calories
