i just realized a separate goal on my list includes this…however i’ve made 2 entries on this & refuse to delete them…i’m also too lazy to copy & paste! lol
Well flat abs would be great but i my self am a bigginer and i get tired very fast when it comes to work my middle. And people keep saying that just sit ups wont really help, so here’s my question:
Does any one know of good exercises that will work and be easy to do?

i’ve come to terms with the fact that this just isn’t going to happen no matter how much i work at it…
i can get my upper abs pretty solid but my lower abs aren’t changing…
when we were in the accident, i ended up with a mark where the seat belt was…that’s now a line & right above that line is where it doesn’t change…sigh OFW
i just need to be more comfortable with my body the way it is
I always start up ab exercise plans, and I follow them good for about a week then I just totally stop and I suck again. I run track and cross country but even running doesnt keep my tummy flat. Whats up with that!?

i had listed before but couldn’t find it to relist. i had given up, but i really don’t like feeling the way i do about my physical appearance…it’s enough that i’m tall with no curves (except my belly LOL) and i’d like to be able to just buy clothes that actually fit right…they either fit my waist or my hips but RARELY both
