I am taking this goal off…no not just taking it off I am counting it as done. I, like many other women, once suffered from an eating disorder that has permanently skewed my self image. I am already thinner than most American women within my age group. I am not fat and I do have a flat stomach. Maybe it’s not well defined but it’s flat…if anything might be a bit too thin.
Yes, I am definitely passing this goal and replacing it with another…something to the affect of: have a positive body image or maintain my hot bod through healthy diet and regular exercise.
