I guess a mile isn’t as far as I thought it was because my pedometer said I walked 1.66 miles. YAY! My doggie is greatful.

This goal of mine is currently on hold. I have been having knee problems. It looks like I will be having surgery so until that happens this is beign put on hold.
Niel is figuring out if he likes what he's doing.

Dead easy if one walks to work! Very healthy and puts one in touch with one’s environment.
