Audition for American Idol

the worth it I put on this goal is only given with reservation; I definitely did not feel the exclamation mark after it. While I guess I should say that all the trouble I went through (9 hours roundtrip from NYC, several hours on public transportation, standing in the rain with no umbrella for 3+ hours, waiting “inside” an uninclosed stadium in the off-and-on rain for 4 hours, and the list goes on) should make me say it wasn’t worth it, since I didn’t even get to see the judges OR even Ryan Seacrest. Despite all that, though, I’m still at least a little glad to be able to say that I did it. I mean, this is a major part of today’s pop culture and to be able to say that I participated, even minorly, in it is fun. AND, I’ll probably try again next year now that I know a little more about the process.

Alright, people have been telling me to do it for years, and I’ve put it off long enough. Time to see that dream come true, I feel it in me, wish me luck!

so where can I get details on the next audition or is it too soon???

For the past three or so seasons, I’ve been meaning to audition. Three years ago, I was sick, two years ago, I had to work, and last year I took my brother to see an Orioles vs Red Sox game.

This year, I’m going regardless of whatever else is happening.

I’m not an amazing singer, but I am competent. I think with a little practice and maybe some lessons, I could do well in the competition. :)

wouldnt that be a super experience? super or traumatizing, i suppose. I really wanna do this sometime. just to see how far along i could get.

I auditioned for American Idol on my birthday in San Francisco. It’s a great experience as long as you remember to stay positive and live in the moment. Even if you don’t make it, you can remember you did something that a lot of people don’t do, that takes courage. :)

I sing pretty much all the time.. It even gets a little annoying (: Singing is one of my greatest passions, & I love performing, too. I’ve been in chorus forEVER & I do some local open mics & all that good stuff.. lots of people recommended that I audition. I just turned sixteen last year, so who knows? Maybe you’ll see me next season (:

My name is Zhyaisha and i love to sing and dance. Ever since i was about 5 i have been able to sing and i wanted to make this my career as well as join the military. I know that this would be hard but i know that i have the will power to make my dreams come true. As you can see i have posted this entry on here because i want to be the next American Idol and i know if i truly believe in myself and GOD anything is possible and he alone can make this happen for me because he know what’s truly in my heart. Despite all the things people have said to try to bring me down so that i would change my mind i haven’t because GOD said all things are possible through him, And i believe that with all my heart.
