I need to actually go ahead and sign up for a gym and stick to it. It’s not like I work in construction!

How I did it: I walked home and back in between classes - added an extra 30 minutes of walking to my day.

Hate working out. Well its nice once you actually start doing it, maybe I just hate the IDEA of working out.
Wii fit has helped that a lot. When I have time to do it (ie, not doing other @#$% and my son can be restrained from jumping up and down on the board) its really fun. I can do most of the yoga poses. The push ups are hard though. Some day I want to be able to stand on my head…
Also the running-while-you-watch-tv thing is pretty cool. Need a sports bra so my boobies dont jiggle all over the place when I run. Blah. Sucks being female some times.
But only because at my chiropractor he makes you do therabands and the treadmill before he works on you. So that makes me kinda lame. But I did just buy two new pairs of running shoes so perhaps I’ll see if I can stick in a quick run every now and again.

i cant curl nearly as much as i could when i was 16

Exercising is good for the body and mind. I am trying to get myself to go to the gym and workout frequently. Hopefully I can have some discipline and get myself to go.

I started working out again 3 weeks ago. I’m so proud of myself. It is hard to do since during my free time I love to sleep. But I know I can make it a regular thing. I just have to have faith in me.

I am a small girl.. i guess many people would want to know why i’d even bother with working out. i think it would help me quit smoking, and eating junk food. it would make me feel better, less stressed, and more energized. I was doing this when i had a personal trainer.. but iwant to do it again without needing someone to push me constantly!
