I have always been fascinated with martial arts. Thai Chi is a way to learn to balance the physical with the mental, emotional, and spiritual. I want to obtain that balance so I can finally be at peace.
how do we learn this somehow impossible artistic talent to some sort of perfection?.....i want to feel free to explore my mind and soul.
cause I like moving and meditate, and I think it could be good to have that connected to yoga and meditation, and massage. I ask the universe for a teacher.
