I’ve made Farfalle with Prosciutto Pine Nuts, Spinach & Raisins an awesome recipe, and Cellophane Noodles with Pork. Yum. Obviously, I haven’t been working on finding and cooking new recipes all that much lately, so that’ll have to change if I want to have 100 tasty recipes in my own personal cookbook : )

I’ve writen in Picadillo Sandwiches, Four-Chip Fudge, Coffee Caramel Nut Tart, Mint Brownie Pie, Macadamia Lemon Bars, Tex-Mex Cavatappi (my fav.), Minestrone w/white beans & Italian sausage, and Veggie Pizza.
And if anyone wants the recipe for one just let me know and I’ll type it up for you :)
I’ve made my own recipe for the dessert drink (instead of buying it at the orange julius stand).
1-2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1/2-1 cup milk
2-4 tablespoons orange juice
I also finely chopped up some mint leaves from my garden, but I don’t know if they added any taste.
This is so easy to make just combine the ingredients to your liking (exact measurements aren’t needed) in a tall glass cup and stir lightly with a wire wisk (which also creates a nice frothy texture on the surface). Do this until this ice cream is pretty much melted (mixed in w/the liquids). And drink up!!
