My road test for class 7 (AKA: I can drive without supervision!) is on September 24 :)
My dad took me on a parking excursion yesterday. He says I have to back in whenever I park. Wah.

How to get my driver's liscense
It made me
happy and free
 "although it was frustrating learning and taking the time to get my permit and practice and such was hard it was worth it."
How I did it: i got through the boring classes before you can take your permit test, i took and passed my permit test, had my permit and practiced driving with an adult for a year, took 3 lessons with a instructor, then took the liscence test and passed. |

How I did it: I just had to practice :) and study and I got it on the first try in the car. The peritthough I had to take twice. Just read and go through classes all the way through. Read how I did it…

I drove my mom to her friend’s house to pick up some camping supplies yesterday. Didn’t have to do anything particularily difficult.
I’m still trying to find a way to have a car without being dependent on it and without ruining the environment. Hybrid car? Maybe, but aren’t they really expensive? D:
In any case, I hope to get this done by September 2009.

But I have to. I’m soon to be 27 and I’m a complete loser for the fact that I haven’t accomplished this already. I have a phobia due to having had CRAPPY teachers…can’t even imagine the freedom that would come with driving. And anyway, who can afford a car???

I have had a fear of driving due to my foster mom screaming at me the first time I tried to drive. I am becoming more confident but am not sure I’m ready to head out to the highway… I live on a lake property and the speedlimit goes from 20mph straight to 55mph.

I still have my TN Driver’s Liscense, but I’ve lived in WA for two years. Supposedly it’s a criminal offense if you don’t get a WA state driver’s liscense within 30 days of entering the state. OOps.

Yup, so the the four day class is over, I passed with a 92%! Now I have to schedule my two days of three hour driving sessions. After these sessions, I’ll be ready to go to the DMV!!!!

Ok, so on Monday I start a four day liscense prep course. It’s from 8am to 4pm, with a lunch break. After I pass this, I can go to the DMV. I’m very nervous about passing, because I’m going for my liscense but I never had my permit. The class is probably going to be annoying because I’m going to be in class with a bunch of fifteen year olds I think, but I just need to focus on learning the laws.
