Still here, still struggling 10 months ago

I am back sliding. One step forward, 2 back. Still, I am better off than I was before. I even credit “The Secret” with helping me make progress on some of my other goals.

I have to admit to some backsliding. I started to feel good and “forgot” about it. That’s why the daily affirmations and other reminders are so important.I had put this at the top of my 22 things because I feel that it is the most important and kind of sets the pace for success in the other projects. I really think that I should hire some one to kick my rear sometimes.

The foundation 17 months ago

I’ve just had a baby 6 weeks ago, and she is perfect and beautiful. She is also overwhelming. I need to tap into the law of attraction to find a flow with this incredible human being, as well as getting back in tune with my own life. Maternity leave has been chaotic for me, and work starts back in 2 weeks. I am envisioning a busy, but happy life for my family. I envision harmony.

I don’t think that this is a goal that can ever be completed. It has to become a way of life. However some people that have adopted all or even parts of this program are reporting positive things happening to them. Coincidence? Maybe, but happiness is a great reward.

Yes it happened to me. I began forgetting/neglecting things. I think the most important ritual for me is daily affirmation. Early in the morning, this starts my day on the right track.

It helps 20 months ago

at least it helped me to stop procrastinating. Now I need to get organized so I don’t get overwhelmed and depressed. I also have to stop adding more projects to my list till it gets smaller. Baby steps.

Plugging forward 2 years ago

Well, not really but…I have been doing most of it all of the time (almost). I have seen an improvement in my overall mood. As I am battling depression, any help in this area is appreciated. But really, its just retraining one’s thinking basically. I can do that. I recommend this to everyone.

I have only had positive comments from people(those who have heard of this)I am incorporating a little at a time into my daily life. I’ve been improving and feeling more positive overall. Cheers 2 me !

but I only started small,
I am not sure what I really want on a grand scale, so I guess I need to work on that as well,
I will do this again as I am only just getting the hang of it,

Bamboo and Tennis 2 years ago

On Friday, I surprised a co-worked with some lucky bamboo for his desk. He is a really cool, smart guy who is kinda quiet. It was a big hit. I also reached out to a Chinese co-worker who is new to the area with a tennis club where he could take some lessons and meet some new folks. Cool!
