i always loved electronica, i wanted to be a big fan of it and make it myself. one day i know i would be famous doing it but still i need to learn how.

How I did it: I downloaded Reason 4, a virtual keyboard, and a virtual midi cable program using Bittorrent. I read the Reason 4 getting started manual and played around with the program all day and that evening made my first song.

I always wanted to make some electro music but didnt know any program. this is the first time I heard about ‘reason 4’ but i m exited to try it out and I think its going to be a lot fun :-)

I’ve got so many things that I need to do, pass the ASE exams, get promoted, review my college stuff, go to college and I feel that if I really must do something to unwind I might as well do something that is going to get me motivated in the process. Electronic music definitely motivates me. So why not experiment with making it so that I can motivate myself while simultaneously getting to know something that I love better.
I downloaded Reason 4 using bittorrent as somebody else suggested on 43things. I’m going to go through a tutorial on it if there is one. (It’s still downloading).
I think it should be everything I need, except for maybe a keyboard, or a faster computer.

I always regret never learning an instrument, but I got into electronic music at the start of this year and remembered learning about the software in school. So I hope that I will be able to jump straight into the fun stuff without worrying about the program too much. I can’t wait to give it a go!

your gonna need more then just acid pro to get your own sound. some good programs are reason 4 which is amazing but difficult to understand at first, ableton live 7 and acid pro is brilliant for putting ur sounds youve made together if u hav reason or ableton u wont need fruity loops
