Be a better role model

help myself today…I could not, have, be a good role model, as a goal, and listen to the BS, my company tried to hand me today.
One of the Big CEO’s at our company, stated that we NEVER NEVER tell a medicare member that they have a right to complain to Medicare, when they are unhappy with any aspect of our Medicare Part D product. I had to raise my hand, I had to ask..Do we at some,point advice these people, that they have a right to complain to Medicare if we do not satisfy their complaint?
Oh No, was the response…we never suggest that…and I made sure, that I looked her straight in the eye, as she lied and said it would be a longer process, if they filed the complaint..No the truth is, we are offering horrible customer service to these members. It’s that the complaint filed, would go against the company….I was asked to be taken off that special project…I hope big business realizes, that we, that sit in cubes….go home, and blog to America the truth about the companies we work for!

I have two younger sisters. I cuss all the time.
Which is horrible.. I need to stop cussing around them and set an example.

My neice looks up to me, and i take advantage of that. She is my world, and her heart is as big as my head.

I get a phonecall Sunday morning..a co-worker with whom I went out with the night before….......
“Please don’t think ill of me, after what I told you about my personal life”, she said…...
Hmmm, I had to think…”Umm, yeah, Kathy, I let the bartender, play quarter bounce in my new found Victoria Secret Cleavage..and when he missed..I gave him more quarters….”
Who would, actually, even consider my moral opinion after that?
