    I feel that talking out loud to the Universe has helped, a little. It’s not like ‘traditional’ prayer where I have to go thru a whole ritual, get on my knees type of thing. I just start talking. And this universal energy, God, whatever, listens. It helps… but the emotional pain is too much for me to bear.
