stop cutting my hair

Officially one year since my last hair cut!

My mother has been trying to tempt me into getting a trim, but so far I’ve been strong.

It’s June 2009 already? My last haircut was August 2008! It’s been almost a year!

I think my official goal is going to be growing my hair down to my bottom.
2010, perhaps I’ll have it just a tiny bit trimmed, but that’s it!

I’m still sticking to absolutely no haircuts, even trims, in 2009.

I told my mother about this goal.
She kind of freaked “No hair cutting until 2010?!” gasp
But she’ll go along with it.
I can’t wait to see how long it is at the end of the year….I should take a picture of the back of my hair this month and compare it when the end of 2009 comes!

I’ve nearly always have pretty long hair.
Still do.

But I usually always have it cut to stay at the same length.

But this year, I will not cut it at all. I want my hair to get REALLY REALLY long. My last cut was in August, so I have gone about 4/5 months without cutting it. And I’m pretty proud of myself.

2010 I might get a trim….but as for 2009….no cuts!

I just can’t do this. I kind of enjoy my hair short anyway. Oh well. :-)

Am failing miserably at this goal. I just chopped an inch or two off of the overal length, and I put in even more layers. It’s a rather unique effect, almost like a lions mane, but not so wild. And curly-er.

Well, I don’t hate it… but I would like it longer.

I get bored with my hair, so I often cut it. Unfortunatly I want it long now, but the temptation to chop at it or put new layers in it is really strong. It doesn’t help that I cut my own hair, I don’t go to a stylist.

I must resist!

I have not taken any scissors to this mess in about a year, it is long and rebellious, with a penchant for always getting in my way. But some days I like it, some mornings it looks glorious, like I have stepped out of some rock star’s hotel room just in time to get pancakes.

Since i last cut my hair, I would say I am doing well and have decided its time to cross this off my list!!!

D: I hate it Geeeseees i want to cut it so bad :p It looks freaking yucky. But i said i wouldn’t n i haven’t. Besides i need to let it grow more if i’m gonna get the shortish hair cut mwuaha Damnit though…
