perform surgery

Id love to have a go, havn’t got any knives or anaethesia but sure we could figure something out

surgery is one of the most amazing things in the world…i’d want to do trauma surgery, because i do, in fact, enjoy the “blood and guts and gore” as junties said lol. but i love surgery….it’s the one thing i want to do in my life (i think it has to be something youre 150% positive you want to be doing in life, otherwise dont get into that profession. that’s my opinion lol). and it’s definitely something that im that passionate about!!!

A few weeks ago I assisted with the removal of a lipoma from a woman’s left arm. It was really awesome and I hope to perform surgery as part of my career later in life.

Surgery takes getting used to but is pretty fun. Having a scalpel in your hand the first time can make you incredibly nervous! I feel very fortunate that I have the opportunity to do this for a living!

well, maybe not “galore”. but 2 anyhow. and i suppose i didn’t really perform the surgery. but i was an integral part of the surgical team. who else could retract and cut sutures like I can? These steady hands are worth millions!

This is the most intresting experience. If you like science and anatomy this is the perfect thing to do but, if you like the blood guts a gore, go for trauma surgery. ;)

really, any kind will do.
