Seriously, I need to be less serious. :P
Less tension. Body awareness I think will help me with this goal. When I find myself with shoulders raised, jaw clenched… take a deep breath. Also, being more consistent with my morning workouts, and decreasing my cafeine intake should help. 2 years ago

Ugh…deep breath. Just got back from a couple used car lots… SO stressful! It makes me so angry when I’m very clear about wanting to just be left alone to look and they still stand there and read the info sheet outloud (that I’ve already read). I’m not here to babysit and listen to what you think about the car. I’m JUST LOOKING!
Phew! Well, need to take a couple deep breaths… 2 years ago

All part of the no-stress package. I think remembering to deep breathe is one of the best ways I can stay in the moment. I don’t want to worry my way through life. I want to enjoy it. ...deep breath… :) Also, choosing conscious moments of relaxation. 3 years ago

-to be healthy and releive tension
-most people suck in their bellies and raise their shoulders, but deep breathing is the opposite
-to be aware of what’s happening within our bodies
