How I did it: I was sixteen.  I was INSANE, but I saw so many gorgeous things.  I saw the world's driest desert.  I was so close to antarctica that I could see it (badass!)  I learned to speak fluent Spanish, I met people from Scandinavia, England, Australia, other South American countries, Chile, Canada, Asia, all over the damn place.  I reccomend it HIGHLY.
