I trust everything that comes out from this website. I made a batch of fudgy brownies once which didn’t turn out so bad. It was close to the Pilsbury’s Instant Brownie mix which I’ve ALWAYS and forever thought was awesome.
I’ve been wanting to make Tiramisu for a year now. Finally thia site posted a new post for a Tiramisu recipe:http://www.yumsugar.com/2801898.

.... Tiramisu might be the way to go for dessert. I’m thinking of doing a slight variation. Instead of soaking the saviordi biscuits in coffee, I may try an orange chocolate mix. It should be quite delicious…..

...used three types of liquor, mascapone, lady’s fingers, quality cocoa powder, espresso, and dark chocolate curlings for the top. So decadent. So good.

The recipe I’m going with calls for rum, but it doesn’t specify which kind… I was planning to use some Puerto Rican rum. Has anyone tried this? How did it taste?

I’m getting together with friends next Friday, and I’m planning on making this using pound cake and cream cheese next Thursday. I bought all the ingredients last night, and I’m excited! I’m a little worried about slicing the cake in half (the last time I tried that, it didn’t go so well).
If it works well and tastes good, I plan on making more for the family!
