It’s a expensive thing on my life, but since I bought it It can’t be more than 5 meters away from me. Is the replacement of my memory (all the tasks and appointments), my pont of communication (mail, sms, voip phone (by wifi), phone) and also my leisure (music, movies, games…)
If you have the same necesities than me, go for it.
Oh, mine is a Qtek 2020i, but now I recommend a Qtek 9100

Settled on the PalmOne Treo. Ended up paying a little more for it cuz I couldn’t “stack” my New Every 2 credit witht he Advanced Device Rebate, but I don’t care. Waiting tables has been kind to me in the past few weeks, so I have a little extra cash, I never splurge on anything, and maybe this will motivate me to be more organized/active/social. Or maybe I just love the nifty new gadget, and I can’t bear to return it even tho it’s price was a little more than I expected. Who cares? No buyers remorse here. And the good thing is, if the remorse does set in, i can return it within 15 days. Which I prolly won’t do

Official “new phone day” was Thursday, but I was so crunched for time bc I still had Christmas stuff to do, that I decided to resist my selfish impulse to spend 30 mins on line at Verizon when I could be shopping for other people. So hopefully, tomorrow will be “new phone day (for real this time)”. Aso, does anyone have anythign to say about the PalmOne Treo or the Audiovox VX6600 phones? I like the 6600 a lot, but it’s kinda big, more like a PDA with phone capabilities. THe Treo is the other way around and it’s smaller, which are both pluses, but I hear it’s kinda not so good. Suggestions?

Blackberry? Treo? Any votes? I’m a (soon to be returning) college student with a need for an organizer for projects/hw, moderate use of email, a decent address book and note-taking capability (for massage clients + appts) good phone function and long-ish battery life.

Did not get a data plan. Brought it from amazon.com
Definitely worth it, good note taking capabilities, good phone, the camera is a bonus.
