    I've done this a few days now 2 years ago

    I write down what I need to do and the time I estimate it will take. That way my “to do” list is never too long. As I complete each task, I write down how much time I actually spent on it. That way I can see where I’m overdoing some things. I have a tendency to stick with what I enjoy and avoid what I don’t want to do, but need to do. This has helped. Also, I have planned to go to the gym M W and F. This has worked for the most part, but today I was recovering from a migraine so I’ll go Thursday and run instead. No big deal.
