I’m finding funding on advanced neural simulations to be sparse. Scientists are also hard to convince to work for free, especially when promised ‘super-lab’ turns out to be a storage locker under apartment complex.
Also, supercomputers very hard to steal (Two henchman with crowbars and wheelbarrows are not enough.)
