I have to make it an important goal to just go to class EVERY week. I know I will improve, if I just do it.

A few years ago I couldn’t even make it through a yoga video. Then I took yoga when I got pregnant & continued up until a month or so ago. I love it. I’m ready to do some more yoga!
I have started doing Yoga and I find it really refreshing and relaxing. But I would like to get much more flexible, balanced and calm. God knows, I’m going to need it for this next couple of months!!!
I am absolutely in love with yoga. I do hold the opinion that you can’t be free in life unless you’re free within yourself.
If you think about it, if you inflexible, have a heavy chest and can’t breathe deeply, then your actual body restricts you. It’s so calming as well.

I’m gaining muscle from yoga class. Wow. However, I don’t understand why it has to be soooo hot. I sweat more than anyone else in class. Need to find a non-heated version.

I AM getting better at ashtanga short forms. I can do almost everything ppl in the class are doing. Yeah, I know, not supposed to be competitive!! Still, I am kinda proud that I walked in and was able to do just about everything, having only studied Rodney Yee tapes. I think in a couple of weeks I will be able to do all of it, and STILL it will probably kick my tuchis.

Joined a yoga “dojo.” I’m doing ashtanga. It’s kicking my ass. YES!
It sounds snazzy. And I’ll get some balance atleast. No more knocking every display over in the shop for jocelyn.
