Dance as much as you can, it doesn’t matter when or where. Dance a little every day, dance in the club or in the kitchen, but dance.
It’s one of the the most liberating things you can do.
How I did it: There's a goth night every Friday at a place called The Attic in Gainesville that I attend every week with most of my friends (who live here)—they're unfortunately the only place that plays decent ebm/industrial/goth/whathaveyou music in town. There are a couple of indie nights that I'll hit once in awhile, but that's more for the free beer than the dancing ^_^

Ok, it was really a wedding reception, but it was a band playing at the city park! Thus, a concert in the park. It matters not that band had one practice together before this gig. They rocked the little town of Woodston! Rocked it, I tell you!!!
I got a bit of dancing in. Not as much as I would have hoped, but a bit… I had a good time!

I listen to music a lot more often. I think about going folk-dancing but never go. If I miss having this goal in my list I can adopt it again but for the New Year goal re-org I’m dropping it.
Tonight I will do Contra Dancing. Good fun and great exercise. Nice people too.

I went out to a new bar last night with my sister and her husband. It was the grand opening. We know the man who owns the bar. There weren’t near as many ppl as I thought a grand opening should have but all in all it was a great night! I sat at the end of the bar watching the dancefloor at the other end of the place. My old body has been in ‘rebel mode’ for weeks and I didn’t really feel like getting out there to move my stuff cause I knew that to get out there and do that, I would be paying for it today! And that is exactly what I am doing cause I did get out there on that dance floor and move my stuff…for all of 4 minutes with a break of about 10 minutes and then another 4 minutes. I feel as though I’ve been run over by a big ass truck! Not complaining though. Truly I’m not! I love to dance and even though I can’t dance the night away, I did have a fabulous time!
now that im happier more often i find myself busting out random dance moves. at random times. and in random places.
Lol, me and my friend learned “The Office-dance”(UK), which we proudly showed people out on town. Of course, we were quite consumed with alcohol. What I really want is to be able to dance freely sober. And not always having to disguise it with trying to make people laugh. Which I actually accomplish. Not sure if this is good or bad…

and I danced around the kitchen all alone. Liked to have killed me off! LOL Dang near it, anyway!
I have rock n roll radio on in the kitchen. The FIX. I forget what song I danced without hesitation to. It was a mover though. That adrenaline rush was great! Now, let me catch my breath!
I gotta give up those nasty smokes again!
