Please teach my sis to time bend because she is little and this is one of her dreams. You know how when you are little, believing is very important. Well i think she believes but she wants to be a timebender, but since earthflame.com is down or something, she cant learn and i cant find any other resources. Please teach. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay for a start, it is real… for a second, the reason knowbody can seem to do it right is because ‘yes’ the goverment or someone has wiped the correct information from the internet… i also do not know how???? anyway thats not impotant, the importance is im going to tell you as i memorized how, however its not in complex detail as it has been erased for weeks…

how to actually do it:
I am going to explain how to do this now, set a watch or clock in front of you, sit in the lotus position (if not possible cross-legged), now vizualize your chi (visualize it as you please) as a core where your heart is flowing out of this are streams of your chi exiting out your hands and feet. (also visualize yourself as just a whitish grey outline of your body with a black backround) do not visualize your chi escaping your hands and feet but simply rather just pooling at the palms of your hands and feet.
Now as you continue to visualize this vizualize a large sphere in front of you with multicoulered patterens swirling around it, as you see this visualize it ticking clockwise at the same pace as the seconds you hear from the watch… then visualize some of your chi’s core flowing up your neck and out through your temples in your head but not pooling, rather exiting and the same with your hands (feet remain pooling) and surrounding the sphere and slowing it down. at this point open your eyes and look at the watch visualizing it as the sphere and slowing down. if this suceeds, congrats you have just performed chronokinesis (time-bending).. I think I’ve already done fast forward without noticing it much. Sometimes, listening to the clock in class, the tick seems to pick up for a couple of seconds. I’m not sure if I have the natural ability for it yet, but I definitely want to try :)

one of the spiritual arts that i have learned over the years from my mum (who is a psychic/medium ) was to bend time, not know of course that it was a kinesis. im not a master of this kinesis but i have an understanding of this ability and have used it whenever im running late for school or an event by slowing time around me.

time is constant, nothing changes there, what changes is one’s perception (as explained in the previous post). just as dark is dark, but some individuals have more optical rods allowing them to have better night-vision. like as with chronokinesis…we over-clock ourselves (our internal clocking mechanism). yoga helps tap into this.

Honestly, they have already explained. What I mean by “they” are scientists. What ACTUALLY happens is that your time perception is slowed down. In order to achieve this, you have to increase the number of frames per second that you see. You mostly slow down your time perception when you are pumping adrenaline. However, in some way you can also train yourself to slow down your time perception. The main purpose of slowing down your time perception is to give your brain more time to think things out. For example, an hour may seem like 10 seconds. To achieve this, you DECREASE the frames per seconds, in order for everything to seem faster. In other words, it’s like a video. You can slow down or fast forward :). Anyways, if you don’t believe me then google it. Seriously, they have already proved it to be with the mind.
