go to my best friend's wedding

its in New Zealand- so its far, expensive, will take weeks….cant do it but i want to see her!!!

My best friend that I have known since i was five is getting married in hawaii! It’s going to cost a lot of money, but I really hope I can be there!!!

I wanted to go. It was in California so I almost didn’t. But there’s a picture. I know its small but here’s who they are:

Behind me is my father Behind Rachel is my mom
Next to Rachel is Janet. Beside her is Terry Then Chris the groom Then my aunt. In the red dress. Janet and Terry are Chris’s mom and dad. Kathy(my mom) is his sister and Lance(father) is brother in-law. Kerry(aunt) is Chris’s sister

When i first found out that my sister was finally tying the knot i was so happy that i cried. That’s the only time that’s ever happened to me. I thought i might not get to go because it was happening across the country, but i was so happy to get to be my little sis’ maid of honor. I wouldn’t have missed it for anything in the world.

We missed the ceremony because the hire-car driver had no map and got hopelessly lost. But we attended the reception and it was fabulous.

Ordered her gift from the gift registry! And my dress from a place that sells nursing dresses online. We’re getting there.

Well, if I get to the right country, I can get to the wedding: It’s arranged. And so can my husband and daughter. Now all I need to do is get to the right country!
