bake my own bread... regularly

When you’re not willing to pay $5 or more a loaf that doesn’t contain wheat in it. And to add to the fun, a fellow PTA member gave me a baggie of that friendship bread stuff which needs to be baked every ten days. So far, it’s going well.

We’ve been eating home-baked bread for a week now… the trick seems to be to get Rob to bake it, rather than me. But once he’s ironed out the flaws in the recipe I will try to do it myself; I’d rather have the bread when and how I want it, after all.

Must Try Harder.

A bread machine would make it easier, but we sort of lost a bit. The mixing, kneading bit. It was accidentally thrown away.

Darn.
