find a reason to stay alive and sober

at a time.. i realize why i’m here.
and i usually don’t like it.
but i’m here.
and i’m usually in pain.
but i’m here.
might as well stay that way, eh?

... i am okay.
(I just needed proof for myself that I have okay days)

i went to the bank… took a little walk. i’m at the library now.. might do some reading…

there was a window next to my house that i have taken in. will clean. then decorate. paint with magazine clippings.

this is my reason for being alive right now: to spread beauty and hope!

why i’m glad to be alive today:

(fudge. i can’t even think of one thing. aahhhhh… i’ll come back to it maybe?)

why i’m glad i didn’t kill myself yesterday: (maybe that’s easier?)
the woman that picked up the line on the girls and boystown national hotline… someone was there… someone, even though i don’t know them… cares…
