hello folks

Me and my team have created a naruto MMORPG demo which we are currently organising to present to the current copy right holders of the series if all goes well, then we are able to create the actual game.

Look out for Naruto Online in a few years time.

I took it far enough to sharpen my skills at Ruby and Python programming a couple of years ago. I mainly did it for practice anyway.

I did not complete a full game. That would entail creating a storyline, a really big game map, lots more non-player characters, and some puzzles/goals for the player to handle.

Unfortunately, the computer I was doing this on died a couple of years ago. So I doubt I will ever take this goal any further. I did enough to get out of it what I wanted to get out of it.

I concluded a year or two ago that with the high quality immersive 3D role playing games we have now, nobody is going to be playing text-based adventure games anymore. Their time in history has come and passed. They are really just a relic of the 1980s and perhaps early 1990s.
