How to accomplish this

I’m looking to drop fat here and I understand that adding muscle will help me here, so here’s the plan:
1. Reduce red meat intake and switch to fish
2. Increase my consumption of ‘wet’ foods such as apples, grapes, etc which should help me to feel full faster.
3. Eat breakfast! Include oatmeal here.
4. Increase the amount of liquids I take in. Orange and Prune Juices are already my favorites, cut them 50/50 with water and buy only the high fiber varieties.
5. Go to the GYM! Increase cardio from a 10-minute warm up to 20-minutes on the eliptical. COmplete all workouts with a 3-mile bike ride (stationary is ok here).
6. Cut out alcohol use. NONE NADA ZIP!
I’m setting this one up as a challenge.
