Clovergirl wonders how long can you call yourself a newlywed?
Most weeks, MOST weeks I am dong this! I’ve been walking between 3-10km a morning, along the beautiful cliff paths overlooking the ocean. It’s an amazing location. I listen to Hillsong on my iPod and breathe in the fresh air. I feel so much better when I have done this in the morning!

I’m getting married in 3 months so I want to get into a bit better shape! I’ve just moved to a fabulous flat in Coogee – 5mins walk to the beach.
3 mornings last week I got up an hour early, threw on some trackies and walked along the beach and home before work. Glorious. I felt great the whole day.
This week so far I have LACKED the motivation to get out of bed! I want to achieve this goal, so putting it up here on 43T will HOPEFULLY give me more motivation :-)

Twice as good as last week, yay me! I’m working my way up to this, I can tell. Next week is my week to make it.

Already got one mile in this week, but it’s Friday already. I will probably get one more mile in today if I can find 20 minutes to walk so I didn’t quite make this goal. But I think as long as I’m still trying, I didn’t fail.

20 minutes on the treadmill – reading my novel! Two birds, one stone, the multi-tasker in me loves this!
I walk alot when im working out its more of a walk/run. Going to parks and walking the trails has also been fun! I’ve loved doing this!
have walked three times this week. 20 minutes each time. so i have met this goal for the week
