I want to get into my car one day and just go. I often think of this as I am driving on the highway…just taking an exit and keep going, seeing what is at the end of that stretch of road.

There are so many things i would LOVE to do. But number ONE is to take a road trip to nowhere. Pack up and see where the road takes me. Stopping when and where i want, paying no attention to time or worries.

I did take off one day last fall. I left on a Tuesday, the 28th of August, headed out west. I did 3600 miles in 6 days, and I loved every last second of it. I’d do it all again in a heart beat too!! I left MN, drove through IA, NE, WY, and stayed in UT for a 2 days, than did lower UT, CO, KS, MO, IA and home to MN. Wow, what an adventure.
