walk for a total of three hours this week

I walked for a total of just over 70 minutes.
First I went to town and back this morning which took me around 40 minutes and then this afternoon I went out with my dog for a walk. We walked for around 30 minutes but it’s so hot out there, we had to come back because we are not used to the heat. Hopefully the heat will continue and we will get used to being in the sun and walking. If I would of had a drink with me or some money for one I would of stayed out later but I am happy with what I have done today and of course I have gone over three hours of walking in less than a week so I am happy about that!!

.. .. I have walked for 50 minutes.

I have been on two walks:

The first one was to town and back and that took me 45 minutes in total.

The second one I went for a walk with my dog although it was clouding over I still went out because I had my umbrella in my bag. I normally would of avoided going out but it didn’t rain so it was ok.
I walked for 35 minutes with my dog.

So today I have done a total of 1 hour 25 minutes.

I hope to walk for at least three hours. I will be walking to and from town tomorrow which is about 40 minutes walking and will be going to town and back on Wednesday but further into town so that will be about 50 minutes. So I need to walk another 90 minutes on top of that over the course of the week.
