How I did it: Well I guess I found Kovu the nontraditional way. Normally you would have to meditate and so on, but for
me it was different. I was resting one day just watching TV and thinking. I had had trouble finding my spirit guide/totem for some time and had thought I'd found him/her many times only to be disappointed. I just stopped letting myself go mad over the topic and he just popped into my head. When I first met him I already knew he was my guide for some reason. I feel so connected to him and hope he'll always be with me...
Who is he? Well, Kovu is a Maltese Tiger. A maltese tiger is a species of tiger with a blueish and/or grayish tint to their fur. Other than the tint they look like a regular albino. Here is a picture:
Still haven't found your totem/guide? Here is a simple meditation that should help you find him/her. Find a quiet room and clear your mind. Don't expect a certain animal. Remember the animal chooses you, not the other way round. See yourself in a forest or calm place with many animals. Look around at the many animals and see if one catches your eye. If one does, ask it if its your spirit guide. If it says no than you may have been choosing it. Don't think about your favorite animal. Just let one choose you. You'll know when you've found it becuase you will have a connection and the animal's personality and self sound like you.
Another and less accerate way to find your animal is to look them up and see which one you sound most like. Read how I did it… 21 months ago
