I have a bad habit of eating 2 bowls of cereal in the morning and I need to stop cuz it’s making me fat.
How I did it: I kept telling myself that "it isn't healthy to have more than one bowl" and that I'll get fat. So I started to find out things to eat for bfast. Such as, coffee, bagels, granola bars, yogurt, it became easy. So consider the habit kicked!
Lessons & tips: -Identify the habit.
-Make a gameplan and stick 2 it.
