am due for a mammogram, need to find the prescription written out for me to do in June, and then see about the cost, if that is possible.

It was easy now I know what I’m doing , didn’t take long and I know what feels ok now

Ain’t it funny was thinking about this and had urge to put the tv on and guess what on a women’s well being programme it actually showed you how to do it! (I’d lost the leaflet)
So doing it tonight then roughly 4 weekly after my period
