I have to be honest. I am 60 pounds overweight with a bad knee. However, even at this inflated weight, I still jog a mile or mile and a half most days. I have a good friend who runs a lot and is willing to run in races with me. My second goal for 08 is to run in some 5k races by April and run in and finish a 10 K by October
