swim in all the oceans

I’m on the swim team, and swimming is just something I enjoy. Hopefully when I travel around a bit more I can try to achieve this.

I’ve swum in all the oceans. Except possibly the Arctic Ocean if it is indeed an ocean.

By ‘swum’ I mean to have swum out to a depth such that if I put my hands above my head and fully immerse them, my feet don’t hit the bottom.

• Indian (Perth, my home town is on it)
• Southern (not far from my home town)
• Atlantic, North (from the UK)
• Atlantic, South (from Brazil)
• Pacific, South (from east coast Australia)
• Pacific, North (Hawaii)

• Mediteranian (Greece, Italy)
• Carribian (Cuba)

• Arctic Sea (some consider this an ocean, I’ve not swum this one)
• South China Sea (I have paddled in Singapore however)
• Bearing Sea (Brr! watch out for icebergs!)

There’s lots of other bodies of water listed as seas, I’ve chosen an arbitary lower limit of 2,000,000 km² as being a ‘great sea’.

How many oceans are there, do gulfs count? sorry this is a really dumb entry but yeah.
