hundredwatersactually bought a book and started reading
this goal is in progress. while on vacation i bought the Bone Palace Ballet, and even tried reading a few poems out loud to my mom. she did not understand why I was reading his poems. but reading bukowski helps me relate to my brother, who is also living life in a way that seems dissappointing to my parents, and admittedly myself as well. but, despite bukowski’s short comings, he was a poet, and taught us the worth of being true to ourselves and following the path in front of us that calls us and seems the natural next step, no matter the opinion of anyone. 4 years ago
