How to gymnastics by beth_browne

How I did it: I could already do forward and backwards walkovers before i started. but i learned Handspring, Fly springs and back flicks and tuck backs. I was very excited.

Lessons & tips: Just keep on trying and trying.

    I am 10 years old. When i was 7 years old i started gymnastics at temple park then i quit there. so when i was my age now i started at monkton stadium i really enjoy it! Now i am in South Tyneside gymnastics club.
