get a job I actually like

blech. In this economy, this goal seems more impossible with each passing day. it takes all I have to not stab SOMEONE with a letter opener. gah.

so far no luck on the whole job I like thing. The economy sucks, and I need health insurance, so I guess I’m staying here for a while. :-(

Next week I’m going to try and see if a private ambulance company might hire me, but right now I’m working a couple of summer jobs. I signed up to three through my dept; lifeguard boat, beach medic and a special program designed for the disabled.

It’s been a blast and at times I forget I’m even getting paid to do this. My favourite is the special program, where we have floating rafts that are used to take the disabled for a swim in the sea. I love it because some of those kids have never experienced waves or a current or even knew the water was salty and it’s cool to see their faces when they find out :)

I’m looking into moving to CT.
If I have to stay here [in this job] much longer, I will self implode. or just strangle my boss. whatev.

Haha bitches I actually like my job and don’t compain about it. I work at a tattoo shop (not a artist) and do nothing really. I just answer the phones, make appointments, and do paper work. It is rather easy and we pretty well goof off if we aren’t to busy. We all tend to inflict pain apon one another in any way. Tattoo, peirce, tazz, hit, and there are ones who skate that do fall often. Pain is pleasure!

I am now a 100% full time college student. This way, when I graduate, I will finally be doing something I love. No amount of money is worth such unhappiness

well bakers has its moments, (free bread!!) but it’s so dirty. i really hate dirt. and the sink smells like rotting mop. and my pants don’t fit right.
