I was cast in a show where I had to do a lot of dancing in the summer of 2010. It was great, and got me back into the groove of going to dance class. I started shedding pounds, and hit my 120 lbs in August of 2010! Woot!
Then…I sprained my ankle practicing a jump I learned in class. Ugh. Then…in November I broke my left wrist…no yoga…Then…in January I got pregnant.
I’m now a whopping 160 lbs. It’s all for a good cause, but I’m going to need to start over now to get back down…I’ll use some of the tips from before, but wow. Right now it seems daunting, but I know I can’t haul this baby, and the associated weight, forever! :) 20 months ago
