Long walks while being stuck here at WTB are what is keeping me sane. I walk between 4 to 6 miles a night on days I don’t have knee rehab, which is done at the pool (and kicks my butt).
These walks are a chance for me to think and plan a way forward for when I get home. I usually talk with my wife on the phone, as we work together making plans.
I have always been a fan of long walks. It just seems like a good way to be alone with your thoughts, while getting a bit of exercise. 20 months ago
