I have always wanted to try it and I got the chance while in Vegas. We ate at the Eiffel Tower Resturant in the Paris Hotel & Casino and they were giving out samples. It was so yummy, rich and creamy. I could see myself only eating a serving or two because it was so rich.

Divine. delicious. I had some tonight at L’Espalier. it tastes a bit like bacon, a bit like bone marrow, and over all rich, wonderful with a fantastic texture.
I think its going on my list of favorite foods.
