Learning that my mood and my food were one and the same changed my life. I once thought I was prone to violent negative mood swings but when I learned to feed myself properly I stopped getting low blood sugar angst and started feeling good all the time.
I make it a priority to keep a supply of delicious food at the ready especially when I’m travelling. I rely on Tasty Bites and Cliff Bars for the most part, but I save them and try to eat fresh local food as much as possible to preserve my reserve food for when I need it most.

xandrani I am having a more positive time recently so am pleased :)
Eating regularly is worth doing because it maintains energy levels (i.e. blood sugar levels).
It will also make you less irritable, and therefore calmer.
Good luck for everyone else achieving this goal :o)

with google calorie calculator and I’m eating a bit more regularly now… but only a bit, so it’s not much of a progress :/

and it’s fantastic! The first experimental bread tasted like a toasting bread, but then I started to experiment with recipes and started to use olives and walnuts and every bread tastes better and better! <3 ...but unfortunately that doesn't make me to eat regularly, I only started to bake and eat bread regularly…

Interesting. All those of us who have a photo of themselves in the system seem to be redhead girls. :)

Forgetting to eat is easy, and patching that with candy without realizing it even easier. I’m actually even thinking of making a program for Palm Pilot to remind me to eat. Do you think others would find it useful?
