Get all my photos into albums/scrapbooks

of making an album for my friend who is getting married in August. That would make a nice present for her, I think! And it’d get rid of a bunch of photos I’ve got lying around too!

Well this got put on hold when I found out about my dnl and my bf… way too many pics of both and what to do now except…. wait til I have more good family pics and restart this goal. So for now… too much…. stuff…

the albums that I bought can hold 400 4×6 photo’s. I have one about 1/2 way full.

I worked on it a little on Saturday night like an obsessed tweeker- writing entries here and there and trying to “organize” them a little!

I think this will be done in no time- unless I run out of room and it takes me a year or two to go buy another album!!

I bought myself two “journal photo albums” yesterday. Maybe I will find the time today to get all those (or get started on all those) photos from the chest into albums!! That would kind of be cool! A fun thing tho and I have to visit my mom and start tearing down sheetrock in my room…. so we will see, but at least I have them to start with!!!

I am counting this even tho it wasn’t a scrapbook or photo album. I put several (lots) of photos in frames today. I have a cool collage down my hall and I have now begun to work on the other side. Some of them are very very old – of my great grandparents and also my grand parents and parents as kids.

I’d rather display them then “bring out the ol’ photo album”. It is turning out quite nicely and I am liking it lots!!

All my high school photos have been organized into a nice new album. Woot!

Got all my Scotland and first year university photos in albums. They actually look really great. :)

I want to go through all my photos that I have in a great big box out in the garage, and make albums. Any duplicates I want to make into collages for my friends.

I took a used Gain detergent box and cut off the lid. I glued vintage cowboy scrapbook paper all around the box. After trimming down/labelling some manilla folders, I got a photo/memorabelia organizer. Hope this works.

Wow, getting married made this goal a bit harder to achieve. I got so many albums as gifts and now there are so many photos coming to me from everyone at the wedding! After the honeymoon I’m going to set aside a day to look through all of these beautiful memories and get them into albums so I can give one to my mother and one to my mother-in-law and make up a bunch for me!

Once the wedding and honeymoon are over and things settle down I would like to work on this goal. My brother’s girlfriend is making him a scrap book of pictures of our dog who passed away last fall and I would love to make one as well. There have been so many milestones in the past few years and it would be nice to have organized albums and scrapbooks to remember them instead of piles of pictures!
