Im going with the b/f sister to pick up a treadmill today..it will be good, it means while he is at work i can go on the treadmill.

I’m sick of being overweight and unsatisfied.
I want to look hot and for that i have to be skinny or lose 15 kgs
in 4 months. i wanna start by losing 8 kgs in a month :)

I have put on ten kilos in the last say 8 months…Not happy jan.
I love the gym, Hopefully i can manipulate my budget a little and get a membership =] and hopefully work on that goal i have about drinking more water XD goodluck all x

I have been exercising 30 minutes every day for almost a month now. While the exercise has kept my moods buoyant, I haven’t lost any weight. I attribute it to my terrible diet and that’s what I’ll be focusing on in the following month.

I have lost 4 kilos so far.. I reckon I could lose another 15 from this point and still be overweight! Every day that I exercise and eat well is one more day in the right direction!
Three years ago I went on a starve-diet which caused me to lose 17 kilos.My whole life changed for the better,but I don’t suggest anyone to do this.Now i feel unable to go on any diet because of emotional eating.what can i do to lose some more weight?
